The laboratory glass reactor is widely used in chemical reaction, combination, separation and concentration. Different heating or cooling liquids, such as water or oil, can be injected into the interlayer of the pharmaceutical reactor for providing a constant temperature for reactions. It also can provide excellent mixing in the reactor under atmospheric or sub-atmospheric pressure. The transparent glass structure can be helpful to monitor the complete reaction.
1) Use GG17, G3.3 high borosilicate glass, owns excellent chemical and physical performance.
2) PTFE (Ceramic) sealing mechanical components with proprietary technology, maintaining the best vacuum degree among the similar products in the market.
3) PTFE discharge valve without dead corner, solidquid material can be easily released from the bottom.
4) Kettle body and interface can be customized according to customer requirements.
5) Heating mantle type and explosion-proof type are also optional.
